Putin says Russia to create base for wide e-solutions use soon

MOSCOW, Nov 28 (PRIME) -- Russia will shape the legislative and technological bases for a wide introduction of digital solutions in various spheres very soon, President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday at VTB Capital investment forum Russia Calling!.

“In the next few years we’ll do everything necessary for advanced growth of the digital economy segment: we’ll form legislative and technological bases for a wide introduction of digital solutions in the state management system – we’ve already started doing it and are moving quite rapidly here – in the utility sphere, the municipal sphere, industry, transport, education, and healthcare,” Putin said.

“We’ll create absolutely new industries and business platforms on the digital base, stimulate the emergence and progress of Russian companies-global leaders of the digital age.”

In order to ensure investment growth and an inflow of capital in the Russian economy, the authorities will continue improving the business climate in the country, reduce the administrative load on entrepreneurs and offer investors more convenient mechanisms of expansion of their business, the president said.
